Eid Ul-Ghadir

Ghadir

In the loving memory of their son, Sirous Sadiaghani, and to mark the 40th day of his passing, the Sadaghiani family has sponsored this event.  Please recite Fatiha for Sirous and pray for his family’s peace and patience during this difficult time.

We’re delighted to announce celebration of Eid-al-Ghadir (in partnership with the Islamic Center of Berkeley) which will be held on this Saturday, October 19, 2013 beginning at 6 PM.

The schedule of event will be, InshAllah, as follows:

6:00 to 7:00
Program begins with dinner
7:00 to 8:00
Prayer, Dua, Recitation of Khatabe-Ghadir
8:00 to 9:00
Speech by Hojjat-ul-Islam Bagherzadeh
9:00 to 10:00
Celebration and talent show!
A few words about speaker:
Mr. Ahmad Bagherzadeh is a scholar and instructor of Islamic studies. He finished the primary and advanced levels of Islamic studies in Hawzah of Qom and left Iran in 1998 to continue his studies in Hawzah Zainabieh in Syria, where he used to be an instructor as well. He moved to the US in 2005, and is now a resident scholar in the Resalat Islamic Educational Foundation in Los Angeles, CA.
We hope inshaAllah to see all our friends on day of celebration and hopefully have a great day. We highly appreciate your effort for observance of Islamic attire.
