Youth Leadership Training by Pioneers Leadership Institute

Pioneers Leadership Institute is pleased to present its Effective Youth Leadership Program for students between the ages of 12 to 18 (some exceptions may apply).

Date & Time: First & third Saturdays of each month from 3:00 to 6:00 PM

Location: ICCNC Library, 3rd floor

Pioneers Leadership Institute experienced staff is qualified and determined to take the youth to the next level. This 8-month-long workshop type program is consisted of three distinct sections:

  1. Character. This section will bring out the best parts of the Character that the youth already possess and will provide applicable guidelines to create an unshakable Character. Topics like “Responsibility, Respect, Self-discipline, Patience, Self-confidence and Self-reliance” are thoroughly examined and hands-on exercises are done within the workshop. Students will have a very clear understanding of why a strong Character is necessary to deal with many challenges they are facing with and how to build one, which is sustainable!
  2. Communication and Leadership. Studies have conclusively shown that those, who can effectively express themselves through verbal communication and posses Leadership skills, are invariably more successful in all areas of their lives, including but not limited to: “Schooling, Relationships and Finances”. This very interactive workshop will focus on these essential skills, by allowing the youth to get the 1st hand experience through actual class work and related projects!
  3. Entrepreneurship. It’s true that “money” is NOT everything! However, once one has developed a healthy character, he/she knows how to earn sizeable amount of money and how to invest/spend it, the right way! This workshop will enhance the youth’s understanding of the values, benefits and potential pitfalls of money. Students will have a better appreciation for money, how to earn and manage it, how to grow their net-worth and how to be aware of its traps. This course is something that they can definitely take to the bank!!!
